Attendance Policy

Regular and punctual school attendance is important. Students need to attend school regularly. The Phoenix Private School fully recognises its responsibilities to ensure students are in school and on time, therefore having access to learning for the maximum number of days and hours.

Behaviour Policy

At the Phoenix Private School, our behaviour policy is rooted in our core values: Perseverance, Honesty, Originality, Enrichment, Nurturing, Inspiration, and Excitement to learn. These values underpin everything we do and guide the way we behave, interact, and grow as a school community.

Safeguarding Referral Policy

The purpose of this policy is to outline clear procedures for responding to safeguarding or child protection concerns, including when and how to refer cases to Sidra Child Advocacy Program (S-CAP) and the AMAN Center.

At The Phoenix Private School (PPS), safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students is our highest priority. Every child has the right to feel safe, valued, and protected from harm.

Anti-Bullying
Policy

The school takes its' responsibility to safeguard and promote welfare’ and prevent all forms of bullying’ seriously.

School Uniform

We expect all our students to come to school neatly groomed and smartly dressed in the correct and appropriate clothing.
