Communication Tree Policy

At PPS we believe in clear communication, and addressing questions, concerns or providing information in a timely manner. Therefore, it is useful for your communication to be addressed to the appropriate person in the first instance.

​We encourage parents to complain to the most appropriate member of staff via the communication tree, depending on whether their complaint is regarding administrative, behavioural, academic, health or technological.

PTA Policies & Procedure

PTA stands for Parent-Teacher Association. The PTA exists to provide closer links between home and school and it is an excellent way to bring staff, parents and friends together socially in support of the school, working towards a common goal.
