At PPS we believe in clear communication, and addressing questions, concerns or providing information in a timely manner. Therefore, it is useful for your communication to be addressed to the appropriate person in the first instance.

Concerns & Complaints Policy

The Phoenix Private School takes all concerns and complaints from stakeholders very seriously. We are committed to addressing matters swiftly, fairly, transparently, and in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE), including Circular 4 (2023).

How to Purchase School Uniform

PTA Policies & Procedure

PTA stands for Parent-Teacher Association. The PTA exists to provide closer links between home and school and it is an excellent way to bring staff, parents and friends together socially in support of the school, working towards a common goal.
