International Benchmarking Assessments
The school has shown steady improvement across international benchmarking assessments, particularly in TIMSS and PIRLS. In TIMSS, both Mathematics and Science scores for Grades 5 and 9 remained consistently above international averages in 2019 and 2023. Notably, Grade 5 Mathematics improved from 547 to 568, and Grade 9 Mathematics from 508 to 559. Science results also strengthened, with Grade 5 increasing from 526 to 540 and Grade 9 from 527 to 562, demonstrating enhanced performance and effective teaching practices in core STEM subjects. In PIRLS, reading literacy improved significantly from 473 (2016) to 520 (2021), exceeding the international average of 500, reflecting the school’s focus on literacy development and reading comprehension.
